Residential Sales Agent
The Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling Imperial Network’s residential fiber plans through active field selling such as house-to-house visits, booth selling, and area saturation activities. The role involves approaching potential customers, explaining plan features clearly, assisting them through the application process, and ensuring accurate submission of required documents for activation. Sales Agents are expected to meet assigned sales targets by maintaining strong daily activity levels and consistent follow-ups. Building good relationships with customers and maintaining professionalism in the field are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals. Daily sales reports must be submitted to track leads, applications, and activations. This is a field-intensive role best suited for individuals who are disciplined, energetic, and willing to work hard to achieve higher earnings through commissions and incentives.
Requirements:
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- With or without sales experience (sales experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Hardworking, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Willing to be assigned in Kawit, Cavite or nearby areas

Residential Sales Team Leader - Kawit Branch
The Sales Team Leader will take full ownership of residential fiber sales performance in the Kawit branch by driving daily activations, building a disciplined sales culture, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly targets. The role requires hands-on leadership — conducting field push activities, house-to-house campaigns, community saturation drives, and barangay partnerships to generate strong lead flow. The Sales Team Leader will monitor daily activations, conversion rates, and pipeline movement, holding agents accountable to clear activity and output metrics. This position involves recruiting, training, and coaching sales agents to improve pitch delivery, objection handling, and closing skills specific to residential fiber services. The role also ensures that customers experience smooth onboarding and strong after-sales support, protecting branch reputation and minimizing cancellations. Regular coordination with management is required to align on targets, promotional strategies, and area expansion plans. This is a performance-first role built for leaders who can drive numbers, not just manage people.
Requirements:
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- Proven experience in residential sales (telecom or fiber internet strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed monthly sales quotas
- Experience leading or mentoring a sales team is an advantage
- Strong field sales skills including house-to-house, booth selling, and area saturation
- Confident in handling objections and closing deals
- Highly competitive, goal-driven, and disciplined
- Comfortable tracking daily performance metrics and holding team members accountable
- Willing to be assigned in Kawit, Cavite
- Willing to conduct intensive fieldwork
Corporate Sales Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for actively generating and closing new business opportunities across Cavite by prospecting through field visits, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. The role includes identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and needs assessments, preparing and presenting tailored connectivity solutions, and negotiating contracts to meet revenue targets. The Account Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding in coordination with technical and operations teams while continuously identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services such as Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), backup links, IP Transit, and managed services. The role also involves mapping commercial and industrial zones, monitoring competitor activity, providing market intelligence to leadership, maintaining accurate CRM records, submitting regular pipeline and revenue forecasts, and supporting proposal preparation and contract documentation to ensure consistent and predictable business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (ISP, telecom, or IT solutions preferred)
- Strong understanding of fiber internet, DIA, and enterprise connectivity is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with field-based sales work
- Familiarity with the Cavite business landscape is a strong advantage
- Ability to engage business owners, executives, and technical decision-makers
